The problem
Activity records are most useful when measurements are consistent and connected to a clear goal. The project asks which measures help explain progress and guide the next adjustment.
Measurement & improvement / Project record

Develop repeatable ways to record activity, measure progress, and turn observations into practical decisions.
Activity records are most useful when measurements are consistent and connected to a clear goal. The project asks which measures help explain progress and guide the next adjustment.
Begin with the running scorecard: record distance and duration, calculate pace, and pair the numbers with observations about effort and recovery. Develop a reading scorecard with reading time, material covered, and a brief comprehension check.
A running scorecard has been created and updated with activity records. The reading scorecard remains in planning. The dashboard shown on the homepage is an illustration with example data.
Scorecard structure, metric definitions, trend summaries, and a review log.
Document which measures are useful, where records are incomplete, and what adjustments follow from reviewing trends. Findings will be added as the method is tested.
Standardize the running entry fields and define the first reading scorecard measures before comparing trends.
This record describes the scorecard methods. Personal activity records and individual scores remain private.
Connect the working running scorecard with a standards register, daily readiness checklist, PT gear care, and weekly review. The project demonstrates how clear measures and repeatable routines support disciplined work.
The running scorecard is in use; the broader readiness templates are prepared for testing.
Explore the readiness project and templatesA proposed SQ scorecard connects time-sensitive prayer, remembrance, cleanliness, intentions, Qur’an study, and Arabic learning. The design documents practice and reflection without assigning a score to faith or sincerity.
Explore the SQ project and reflection templatesA systems lab and personal IQ scorecard connect deliberate study, self-awareness, learning through teaching, and practical application. The record documents understanding and learning methods rather than a standardized IQ.
