Capabilities
Practical support, grounded in project work.
My internal projects develop methods for organizing information and improving the way work is carried out. These are the areas I am building toward consulting support; scope and readiness are discussed for each project.
01 / Information organization
Give records a clear place and purpose.
Possible outputs include a folder structure, naming guide, records index, and email-filing routine.
Current evidence: Digital filing and archive work has been implemented. Retrieval tests and a verified recovery procedure remain next steps.
02 / Workflow design
Make recurring work easier to follow.
Possible outputs include process maps, task checklists, next-action capture, and operating-review routines.
Current evidence: An initial email and task-capture workflow is implemented. Comparative performance measurements have not yet been recorded.
03 / Spreadsheet systems
Turn records into useful review tools.
Possible outputs include expense trackers, equipment registers, activity logs, and performance scorecards with clear input fields and calculations.
Current evidence: A bookkeeping workbook is prepared with representative calculations checked; actual-record reconciliation is pending. A running scorecard is in use.
04 / Digital workspace setup
Connect tools with the work they support.
Possible outputs include a device and software inventory, file-location plan, setup documentation, and storage-and-backup requirements.
Current evidence: A fixed and portable workspace and a published website are in use. Storage capacity and backup solutions are under research.
Discuss a practical need.
Tell me what information is hard to find, which task is difficult to repeat, or what tool would make work easier to review. We can discuss the problem, intended output, and whether it fits my current capabilities.
