The digital filing system uses structured email labels, task capture, and organized cloud folders. The October 17, 2026 pass cleared the reviewed inbox and verified 91 file and folder moves in Google Drive. Unclear records remain in a review queue. Hardcopy organization and backup procedures remain areas for further development.
A dated archive brings together 226 created files in seven topic folders, including business tools, academic records, fitness records, planning documents, website files, artwork, and other project materials. File names and sizes were checked against the source list. An index links to individual files, and a separate reference points to the live website.
